The Consultation Process

The Consultation Process concerning establishing the European Environmental verification System will be open until 3 February

The European Commission aims to establish an EU-wide system, offering credible verification of the performance and the potential impacts on the environment of new technologies: Environmental Technology Verification (ETV).
This consultation aims to gather a wide variety of views on the main options identified in order to prepare for a formal proposal in 2008.

We encourage all interested partners to share your opinion with the Commission on the proposed system. The consultation process is available on-line. You can find the consultation document as well as the on-line questionnaire under the following link:
